• The GE / Bently Nevada 3300 XL NSv Proximity Transducer System is designed for centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, process gas compressors, and other machinery with limited installation space requirements.
• The system includes:
  • a 3300 NSv probe
  • a 3300 NSv extension cable
  • a 3300 XL NSv Proximitor Sensor

Primary Uses

• Ideal for environments where standard Bently Nevada 3300 and 3300 XL 5 and 8 mm Transducer Systems cannot fit due to counter bore, side-view, or rear-view restrictions.
• Suitable for small target applications, such as:
  • Measuring radial vibration on shafts smaller than 51 mm (2 in)
  • Axial position measurements on flat targets smaller than 15 mm (0.6 in)

Typical Applications

• Commonly used with fluid-filmed bearing machines in settings with small shafts or limited side-view availability.
• Specific measurement capabilities include:
  • Radial vibration and radial position measurements
  • Axial (thrust) position measurements
  • Tachometer and zero speed measurements
