BACHMANN RS204 00021235-00 Serial Interface Module

BACHMANN RS204 00021235-00 is a serial interface module that can be used to connect four asynchronous serial interfaces to the M1 controller. It can be used to connect RS232, RS422, and RS485 devices.

The module has a maximum transfer rate of 1.5 MBaud and a 128-byte FIFO. It also includes automatic handshake for auto-flow control and integrated terminating resistors. The module offers 500 V of isolation, both from the system and between interfaces.

The RS204 module finds application in various scenarios, including industrial automation, building automation, and transportation. It is also well-suited for harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -30 to +60°C and a relative humidity range of 5 to 95% without condensation.
