Description

The Bently Nevada 3300/16-15-01-01-00-00-01 is a discontinued dual channel vibration monitoring system designed for continuous monitoring of industrial machinery. It utilizes proximity probes to measure shaft vibration, a non-contact method that relies on eddy current technology to detect subtle changes in the surrounding magnetic field. This information is then processed to identify potential machine faults early on, allowing for preventive maintenance and avoiding downtime.

Features

• Simultaneous monitoring of radial and axial vibration (XY mode): Provides comprehensive insight into machine health by tracking both horizontal (radial) and vertical (axial) movement of the shaft.
• Gap voltage monitoring: Helps prevent catastrophic failures by monitoring the proximity of the rotor to the stator (gap) and raising alarms if the gap closes excessively.
• Onboard signal processing and alarms: Eliminates the need for external processing units, simplifying setup and maintenance. Built-in alarms trigger alerts when vibration levels exceed preset limits in either XY or Gap mode.
