Description:
The PR6424-002-131 | EPRO Eddy Current Sensor, when paired with the signal converter, forms an oscillator circuit where the amplitude of oscillation is affected by the presence of a metallic object in front of the transducer. The level of damping is directly related to the distance between the transducer and the object being measured. Both the transducer and converter are meticulously calibrated and require no additional adjustments on site. Only the gap between the transducer and the object needs to be adjusted to achieve the desired output signal from the converter.
