The Bently Nevada 3701/55 323174-01 is an Emergency Shutdown Device (ESD) designed for the protection of critical rotating machinery. It is a safety Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with integrated overspeed detection, designed to automatically shut down machinery in case of overspeed conditions.

Technical Specifications:

• Input Channels: 32 discrete (DI) and process variable (PV) signal inputs

• Speed Input Channels: 6 (each CPU module processes two unique speed input channels)

• Output Channels: 5 relays per module, configurable for various applications

• Redundancy: Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) for enhanced reliability

• Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +85°C

• Power Supply: 24 VDC

• Certifications: CE, CSA, SIL 3, API 670, ATEX, IECEx (pending)
