GE Fanuc IC695PSA040 Introduction

The IC695PSA040 is a 40-watt power supply from the GE Fanuc RX3i series. It can be used with either AC or DC input voltage, and has three outputs:

+3.3 VDC for internal use by RX3i modules with IC695 catalog numbers.
+5.1 VDC.
+24 VDC relay output that can be used to power circuits on Output Relay modules.
The IC695PSA040 is designed to be installed in the Universal Backplane of the RX3i system. Only one IC695PSA040 power supply can be installed in the Universal Backplane at a time. The power supply has four LEDs that indicate its status:

Power LED: Green when power is supplied to the backplane, amber when the power supply switch is off.
P/S Fault LED: Red when the power supply has failed and is not supplying voltage to the backplane.
Overtemp LED: Amber when the power supply is close to the maximum operating temperature or is above it.
Overload LED: Amber when the power supply is close to or over the maximum output capability on any output.
