The Honeywell 51202789-900, also known as the 900 Control Station (900CR series), offers a unique combination of predefined display features and custom display development tools. It enhances process monitoring and simplifies online controller changes.

The Station Designer software configures the interface and works with the ControlEdge HC900 Controller configuration software to build a Control Station database. This operation eliminates the task of assigning controller communication register addresses to the operator interface parameters.

The hardware of the 900 Control Station can handle tough industrial environments with its polycarbonate case design and water tight, type 4X/IP66, front bezel assembly. It is perfect for applications that require the operator to monitor and control more than just a single device.

The 900CR HMI performs the functions of a multiple protocol converter, using up to four high-speed serial communications ports and one or two 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet ports. The SD card slot can be used to collect trending and datalogging information as well as load the unit's configuration file.

The 900 Control Station is available in 4-inch, 7-inch, 10-inch or 15-inch display size. All models are configured using Station Designer PC configuration software. Connecting the 900CR to the controller can be via Ethernet using CAT 5 cable and RJ45 connectors or via RS485 serial communications.
