Description:
The PR6423/116-110 EPRO Eddy Current Sensor comes with a signal converter (CON) that creates an oscillator circuit. When a metallic object is placed in front of the sensor, the oscillation amplitude decreases proportionally to the distance between the sensor and the object being measured. These sensors are pre-calibrated and do not need on-site calibration, only the adjustment of the gap between the sensor and the object to achieve the desired output signal from the converter.
