8406-113 refers to a Trusted TMR 24 Vdc 8-Port Isolated Relay Module. It is part of the ICS Triplex platform and is used to connect a variety of devices to the Trusted Controller Chassis (TCC).
The 8406-113 has 8 relay outputs that can be configured as either normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC). It also has a 2500V impulse withstand opto/galvanic isolation barrier, which protects the module from electrical transients and provides safety isolation between the field and the TCC.
